In that spirit, Human Factors Collaborative has partnered with Chiron Strategic to create the Social Identity Coaching Lab. Through this approach, we work with other coaches committed to liberation to nurture equity leaders and support groups that have equity as a core aspect of their mission. Social Identity Coaching Lab picks up where most equity and inclusion initiatives leave off: offering clients an opportunity to move from awareness to liberated action and long-lasting individual and organizational change.
