Maria Logli Allison, Ph.D. - Founder, Head Coach
Maria is a personality psychologist and experienced leader and coach in the education and nonprofit sectors. Over the past 15 years, as both an organizational leader and consultant, Maria has worked with dozens of senior leaders and helped them identify and accomplish their professional goals. Maria has also created learning and mentorship communities for early stage professionals to build their skillsets for future leadership roles.
Maria’s approach focuses on addressing the human factors that translate strategy into action. She has helped leaders set the stage for success by guiding them through a people-centered approach to organization design, team coaching, and individual coaching. She has led the development of multi-year strategic plans built with community-wide input and guided teams in integrating racial literacy and a focus on educational equity into their leadership practice.
Maria is driven by her authentic desire to help people realize their visions for personal and professional success in leading mission-driven work. She is energized by collaboration, loves supporting personal and organizational “ah-ha moments” and balances her passion for big-picture thinking with her knack for getting things done.
In addition to coaching and planning, as a personality psychologist, Maria leads the assessment work at Human Factors Collaborative. Maria is certified to administer psychological assessments that help leaders unlock deeper insights to support their growth by understanding how their personality and interpersonal skills play out in the workplace. She also helps clients enhance their insights about the people side of the workplace by applying her qualitative research skills to 360 leadership feedback interviews and qualitative organizational assessments. Maria has a Ph.D. in Personality and Social Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
